I grew up in Leadville, CO but have lived in Warroad, MN for 35 years. Our town lies on Lake of the Woods, 6 miles from the Canadian border. I have been married for 34 years, have two grown children who are married and each have 4 of their own! We live in a rural area, the home of Marvin Windows & Doors and Polaris industries. Up here, hockey is king....as well as fishing for walleye. We enjoy camping in the summertime, ice-fishing in the winter and reading and listening to music all year long. I have extremely eclectic tastes including Steve Earle, Metallica, traditional and punk/rock Celtic, Blue Grass, classical such as Rimsky-Korsakov, opera, Sons of the Pioneers, Led Zeppelin....but nobody tops Tom Petty!
